Appointments

Salon Reservations

Although we do take walk-ins, to ensure your preferred date and time try to book your appointments in advance. A credit card is required to guarantee all reservations unless a cash payment is made in advance.

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, Checks, and Cash.

Gratuity

Prices do not include gratuities. In appreciation to the staff for outstanding services, gratuities may be given at your discretion. For parties of 6 or more 15% gratuity is added .

Cancellation and No-Shows

If you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so with 24 hours advance notification to avoid charges. No-shows or cancellations received less than 24 hours in advance will be charged $10 deposit for each appointment reserved. Wedding and specialty parties require a 48-hour notice.

Check-In

We encourage an arrival time of 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Should you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened so that the next guest will not be delayed, while the full charge of your spa treatment will still be applied.

Cellular Phone Usage

To preserve our peaceful environment and as a courtesy to all our guests, please silence cellular phones upon arrival.

Age Requirements

Salon guests must be over the age of 16 to receive services without a parent; children under the age of 16 are not allowed in the salon without the supervision of a parent or gaurdian.

Personal Belongings

Please try to refrain from wearing jewelry or bringing valuables to the salon. The salon is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.

Special Needs and Medical Conditions

Your life, health, and well-being are very important to us. Prior to receiving your service(s), please inform us about any special needs or medical conditions, pregnancy, hypertension, injuries, allergies, or disabilities. Talking with your therapist will help customize your service to ensure maximum enjoyment and benefits.
